Manage Your Subscription on Web
Kinu Plus is bought in the app, so you manage it where you bought it.
Kinu Plus is purchased inside the Kinu app on iOS or Android, never on the web. So there is no separate web subscription to manage, and no web billing portal to sign in to. You manage your plan in the store where you bought it.
The web is where you use Kinu once you have Plus, not where you pay for it. Sign in at kinu.care with the same account and your subscription is recognized automatically.
Looking for a Stripe billing portal or a card on file with Kinu? There isn't one. Web checkout is not available, so Kinu never holds your payment details. Apple or Google handles payment, renewals, and receipts.
Manage your plan where you bought it
Pick the store you used to subscribe.
Subscribed on iPhone or iPad?
Change or cancel your plan through your Apple ID settings.
Subscribed on Android?
Manage your plan through Google Play, using the steps below.
Manage your subscription on Android
If you subscribed on an Android phone, your plan is managed through Google Play, not through Kinu. Changes to your plan, cancellations, and payment updates all happen in your Google account.
Open Google Play
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Go to Subscriptions
Tap your profile icon in the top right, then tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Open Kinu
Find Kinu in your list of subscriptions and tap it.
Change or cancel
From here you can switch between Monthly and Annual, update your payment method, or cancel. The store always shows the current price for your region.
Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. You won't be charged again, and you keep full Kinu Plus until then. For what changes afterward, see What Happens When I Cancel?.
Switching between Monthly and Annual
You can change your plan in the same place you manage it, your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Apple or Google applies the change and handles any proration for the time you have left. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to renew, change, or cancel.
For a side-by-side look at the plans, see Plans and Pricing.
Using Kinu on the web
Web and desktop access is a Kinu Plus benefit. Once you have Plus on your phone, you can open Kinu in any modern browser at kinu.care with the same account. Your people, moments, important dates, and the rest stay in sync across your devices.
If the web does not recognize your Plus yet, make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't appear, see Restore Purchases.
Did you subscribe on the web in the past?
Web checkout has been turned off, and current subscriptions are all handled by Apple or Google. If you believe you have an active web charge from Kinu that you cannot find in the App Store or Google Play, email us at support@kinu.care and we'll sort it out. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
