Manage Your Subscription on Web
Kinu Plus can be bought at kinu.care or in the app, and you manage it wherever you bought it. Here is how to find each one.
Kinu Plus can be bought at kinu.care or inside the Kinu app on iOS or Android. You manage your plan wherever you bought it, so the first thing to work out is which one that was.
If you bought Plus in the app, signing in at kinu.care with the same account is enough. Your plan is recognized automatically and there is nothing to buy again.
Looking for a billing portal? If you bought Plus at kinu.care, open Settings > Billing and choose Manage. Kinu never holds your card either way: Polar handles web payments, and Apple or Google handles app purchases.

Bought at kinu.care?
Open the Polar customer portal from Settings, using the steps below.
Manage your subscription on Android
If you subscribed on an Android phone, your plan is managed through Google Play, not through Kinu. Changes to your plan, cancellations, and payment updates all happen in your Google account.
Open Google Play
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Go to Subscriptions
Tap your profile icon in the top right, then tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Open Kinu
Find Kinu in your list of subscriptions and tap it.
Change or cancel
From here you can switch between Monthly and Annual, update your payment method, or cancel. The store always shows the current price for your region.
Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. You won't be charged again, and you keep full Kinu Plus until then. For what changes afterward, see What Happens When I Cancel?.
Switching between Monthly and Annual
You can change your plan in the same place you manage it: your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or the Polar customer portal if you bought at kinu.care. Apple, Google or Polar applies the change and handles any proration for the time you have left. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to renew, change, or cancel.
For a side-by-side look at the plans, see Plans and Pricing.
Using Kinu on the web
The browser app is free. Open Kinu in any modern browser at kinu.care with the same account, on any plan. What Kinu Plus adds is sync, which is why the same people, moments and important dates appear there rather than a separate set.
If the web does not recognize your Plus yet, make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't appear, see Restore Purchases.
Manage a subscription you bought at kinu.care
Open kinu.care, go to Settings > Billing, and choose Manage. That opens the Polar customer portal, where you can change your plan, update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Polar is the merchant of record for web purchases, so your invoice comes from them. If you cannot find a charge from Kinu in the App Store, in Google Play, or in the portal, email support@kinu.care and we will sort it out. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Where to go next

What happens when I cancel?
Your data stays where it is. Only sync and the people limit change.
